Being a blogger, trying new products is a neverending journey. Even after 7 years of being a beauty blogger, I still get excited to try new brands and new products. It’s not only helpful for my readers but also very enriching for me as well. Recently, I tried a few products from a brand called Ethicare Remedies available on Emegamart.com. Texture & Smell

The texture of Cutishine Anti-acne face wash is like that of a gel and the consistency is quite runny. The face wash is transparent and has no colour whatsoever. It contains tiny white and golden beads in it which help in gently exfoliate the skin while cleaning it.

The smell is quite like an aftershave or a gent’s EDT. The smell isn’t something I am really fond of. I find it a bit strong for my liking. I love skincare products that are mildly scented.

My Experience with Ethicare Remedies Cutishine Anti-acne Face Wash

Having been suffering from occasional acne (mainly hormonal) and ‘blessed‘ with oily skin, I never stop searching for that perfect wash for my skin. I have been using this face wash for the past few weeks and I think this is something I definitely should continue using this.

When I started using this face wash, I did not have any active acne. So, I cannot tell you if this removes pimple or not but it certainly helped me keep the occasional pimples at bay. It delayed the arrival of the pimples and as I continued using this, it completely stopped them from appearing.

But, acne is not the main skin concern that I have, it’s the oiliness that bothers me more than the occasional pimples and this face wash has effectively taken care of that. It removes any traces of the excessive sebum that my skin produces during the night and gets accumulated mainly around my nose. Also, the tiny beads in the product help gently exfoliate the skin, unclogging the pores. These beads are not at all harsh on the skin thus could be used on a daily basis.

Despite removing all the extra oil from your face, this product does not dry out your skin or make it stretchy at all. Both Tea tree oil and Salicylic acid work wonders for the acne, tea tree oil is also a great anti-oxidant that fights free radicals. Glycolic acid and Salicylic acid are gentle exfoliants that remove any dead cells from the skin without being abrasive on the skin. Liquorice helps brighten the skin giving it a radiant look. Glycerine and D-Panthenol are great humectants that help moisturize the skin without making it oily. Aloe vera helps the skin soothe and adds a bit of moisture too. Overall, the ingredients list is quite impressive which makes the product totally safe to use.

Despite being engineered for oily, acne-prone skin, it’s suitable for all skin types.

MamaEarth Coco Face Scrub Review

Hello, everyone. Hope you all are doing great. Today’s post is a review of the Mamaearth Coco Face Scrub. How to Use-

Step 1: Apply an adequate amount of CoCo Face Scrub on wet face & neck.

Texture & Smell

Mamaearth Coco Face Scrub has a very creamy texture. It’s loaded with micro-exfoliating particles. The consistency is not very thick or not to thin thus it’s quite easy to work with it. The thickness of the product is just perfect so no need to mix it with water.

The smell is exactly like exotic coffee and a bit of cocoa. Quite obvious, right? The smell actually helps in calming my senses to some extent. Using it in the mornings can actually help you wake up. I find it exclusively great or me as I am a coffee lover. The scent is quite raw and not at all chemical-like. The best thing about the scent is that it’s not very strong or overpowering. It’s mild and relaxing.

My Experience with MamaEarth Coco Face Scrub

Scrubs are one of my favourite skincare steps. I love this particular product for several reasons.

Firstly, this is a very mild exfoliator. The granules are loosely packed and are not very abrasive. That’s why it doesn’t feel harsh on the skin. My skin has been acting up lately. It gets bumpy and sometimes sensitive. This scrub doesn’t irritate my skin.
The second thing I love about this product is that it doesn’t make the skin dry or stretchy. I have used many scrubs in the past and most of them had a tendency to make your skin look and feel dehydrated. Gladly, this one doesn’t. Rather it keeps the skin moisturized even after cleansing it thoroughly. The shea butter in it makes sure your skin is well-nourished and hydrated. This results in a soft and supple skin every time you use this scrub.
The aroma of this is another thing about this scrub that I love. The coffee and cocoa smell makes your mornings even more energetic and also help you relax on your tougher days.

Overall, I found this product very impressive and effective. It gently exfoliates the dead cells off of the skin leaving it nourished and hydrated. It also effectively removes blackheads too. The skin feels soft and smooth after application which I really like. Although this product is a little on the expensive side I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 100% Indian, natural, chemical-free and hydrating exfoliator. #VocalforLocal

My Experience with Within Glowing Skin gummies

To be very honest, when I started with these gummies, I wasn’t really sure if this is actually going to be beneficial for me. Yes, I was sceptical. Ever since the Covid-19 situation has hit us hard, I believe there are more consumers of hand creams than ever in this country. So, a hand cream has become a must in your daily lives. It must have taken a permanent position in most of our nightstands. My experience with Dot & Key Hand cream and Sanitizer- Lavender & Peppermint has been great. I use it as a hand cream as it gives intense hydration to dry hands. Also, the light texture of this cream allows you to penetrate deep into the skin, providing it with nourishment that it requires and at the same time, it does not feel sticky or oily.

I am not quite sure if I would recommend you this as a hand sanitizer because this is a time we should not take any risks. If you are looking for a product solely for sanitizing your hands, you should go for something that has 60% or 70% alcohol in it because that will be most effective. However, the Dot & Key Hand cream and Sanitizer would be a good option for sanitizing your hands if you are at home and want to do your makeup or skincare with sanitized hands.

Although I love the formula so much and considering the fact that you require a very little amount of product for both your hands, I still feel it is quite expensive for a 50ml tube.

Since the season of dryness and roughness has come, I have started taking more care of my skin nowadays. My skincare essentially consists of three primary things, cleansing, toning and moisturizing. These are the three steps I never skip on. Another thing that is very important for me is a good exfoliator. I usually like to scrub my face twice a week but I feel these days that is not enough. So, I switched on to a more powerful exfoliant than my usual one. Today, I’ll be talking about my recent favourite Vanya Anaarshine Pomegranate Face Scrub.

About Vanya Anaarshine Pomegranate Face Scrub

Pomegranate Face Scrub is a deeply nourishing blend of pomegranate peel, orange peel, milk powder, and natural cane sugar. It uniquely formulated to resist acne and oxidation while gently exfoliating and hydrating skin.

Ingredients-

Pomegranate peel – Pomegranate peel is rich in antioxidants, Vitamins, minerals, that provides the necessary nutrition to the skin. It also works as a natural sunblock, astringent, anti-ageing agent, and UV protector.
Orange Peel- This citrus fruit contains vitamin C and acts as a natural astringent which helps you to fight with various skin problems.
Natural Cane Sugar – Naturally exfoliates dead skin and is said to fight against toxins and prevent ageing of the skin.

Packaging-

The Anaarshine scrub comes in a metallic jar with a screw lid. The packaging is definitely not hygienic. You’ll have to use a wooden spatula to be safe. This, on the other hand, is completely spillproof and thus very travel-friendly.

How to Use-

Damp your face first. Take a dollop of the scrub, mix it with some rose water or plain water and apply by massaging it in a circular motion on the face and neck. Wash off with water and pat dry your face. It is recommended to use this scrub once or twice a week.

Texture & Consistency-

The texture of the scrub is quite granulated. The good thing is that the granules are very gentle on the skin. The consistency of it is very sticky and concentrated. It’s not a cream, nor a gel but it is quite comparable to the consistency of jaggery. It is not at all sticky on the face once you add water to it. It also does not make your skin greasy.

My Experience-

I am a fan of scrubs that are gritty but not harsh on the skin. Vanya Anaarshine Pomegranate Face Scrub is exactly how I like it to be. The scrub looks very gritty in the jar but when you apply it feels smooth and very gentle on the face. Being a very mild scrub, it can be used daily.

The product might seem quite expensive for the amount you get but it is in a highly concentrated form as mentioned earlier so you’ll need a very little amount to scrub you entire face a neck. You just need to dilute it with some water and you’ll get enough product to use at a time.

Using this scrub daily will bring some glow to your face and it will appear brighter. My final verdict is that Vanya Anaarshine scrub effectively scrubs off the dead cells on your facial skin and also it is hydrating, it does not cause stretchy or irritated skin.

How to Adjust Size of Your Lace Front Wig to Be Suitable

The most popular full lace and front human hair wigs, they are very popular and selling well whether online or on offline shops. Lace front wig is typically worn by women, it has lace mesh base at the front area where is hairline, the rest of the wig mainly made of hair wefts and there is not wig cap base at all. A full lace wig can be worn in a high ponytail and whole full lace wig cap was made with many types of lace base material. the lace base commonly used include french lace,swiss lace,stretch lace,monofilament lace(#3 lace),etc. there are adjustable straps at the back of cap of lace front wig that can be adjusted the size of the cap when you want the wig more suitable and wants to feel comfortable.

Style your natural hair, as usual, would wear it with lace front wigs. That may include braiding it or slicking it down. Remember that the bulkiness of your natural hair will affect your lace front wig fits well.

Secure your hair with a stocking cap or wig liner. This is to create a flat surface so that you can attach the lace front wig for better fitting.

Place the wig on your head to check where the hairline goes. When the lace front wig is in the position you want, compare which side is too small or too big. sometimes it’s caps may be larger from the crown area, back of your head or around the ears.

Remove the wig from your head and turn it’s inside out, then you can check the wig cap carefully.

Lift the ribbon below the ear tabs that runs from bottom to top and fold it over. Sew the ribbon to the wig cap with a needle and thread that matches the colour of the wig cap. Put the wig back on your head to determine if it fits accurately. If the wig fits good, you are done. If the lace front wig is still too large, you can adjust the straps at the back of the wig cap to make the circumference of cap smaller.

Continue in this manner until your lace front wigs are as small as what you need. Make sure to leave enough room to accommodate the normal motion of your head.

Since high-quality front lace wigs can cost around 100 dollars(if you purchase from our site), you need to have your lace front wigs made smaller by a professional stylist if you are not sure if you can manage it or not.
