Hi, lovelies! Hope you are enjoying these rainy weather. If you are taking some time out from your busy schedule to read my post then I am sending warm hugs and hot chocolates on your way! Today, I am going to talk about an international online shopping portal called Dresslink.com that stocks a huge variety of modern women clothes and accessories that too with very affordable price tags. I am sure you would want to know more about it.

DressLink.com is very popular among women who love shopping internationally within a very limited budget. They have an array of clothes, bags, shoes, beauty accessories like makeup brushes and a lot of other ‘womanly’ stuff. The sell the most stylish formal or casual clothes, considering the ongoing trend. Thus, it is very popular among the fashion lovers. They have a great range of products across categories. Their jumpsuits and dresses are totally must-haves for your wardrobe.

Order, Dispatch and Delivery

Ordering from DressLink was really easy, just fill up your cart with your desired products and click checkout. So far as the payment options are concerned, they have options like Credit Cards, Paypal and Western Union money transfer. They ship internationally across various countries. The dispatch for my order was really quick and so was the delivery. I placed my order on May 28, it was dispatched on May 31 and I received my package on June 11. The delivery was made by Aramex and it was quite smooth. Other shipping companies that they have are FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS and China Post.

Shipping Cost and Customs

Their products are priced at a very inexpensive rate but it isn’t the same with the shipping cost. The shipping charges may comparatively seem to be a bomb. They have a ‘free shipping’ option also. Check out this page for the same. For my order, I did not have to pay any customs.

Quality of DressLink Items

When you are planning to buy from a site that sells extremely inexpensive clothes or accessories, you certainly are sceptical about the quality. What is most common with these type of sites is the poor quality of the material used for the clothes, sizing issues and complete difference from what is displayed as a reference image. Most of the time people get a wrong sized item or cheap quality material. But with DressLink, I did not find the same. The items I bought came exactly same as it was displayed in the reference image and the sizes were true to the size chart. I am really impressed with the quality of the products.

Here is what I bought-

My DressLink Experience and Haul| cherryontopblog.com

  1. Sleeveless Elastic Waist Trouser Jumpsuit Overalls (USD 3.56)

  2. Half Sleeve Back Zipper Office Pencil Dress (USD 3.79)

  3. Slim Leggings Stretch Pants Thick Footless Tight (USD 1.91)

As you can see, these are very reasonable priced. You can get a few items even within a budget of $10! They have always some huge discounts going on on a number of items. Also, they have a ‘flash buy’ category where you can buy any item for only $0.01 which is insane!

Have you guys shopped from DressLink.com?

What was your experience? Share them with me in the comments. I will post an OOTD soon using items from my haul. Till then, be safe

Hi, guys! How are you all? Today, I am going to talk about the sheet masks and other products I received from Skin18.com. This is going to be a haul, website review and mini product reviews. This is a long pending post, so I don’t want to waste any more time and jump right into it.

If you are following me on Instagram and Snapchat (Username- sayantinee), you might know that I received a package from Skin18.com a month ago. You guys know me, I take forever to review skincare products. I tried them one by one, leaving a gap of almost a week to know how each of them would react to my skin and then I come to the conclusion. Now you know the reason for the delay!

My Haul from Skin18.com & Mini Review| cherryontopblog.com

Coming to the hauling part, I want to show you what they sent to me. Basically, the products I received are sheet masks*, nose strips and a wash-off mask. Here is the list of the products-

  • Beauty Friends II Essence Mask Sheet Pack (Royal Jelly)
  • Four Seasons Multi Vita Brightening Active Mask
  • Luke Mugwort Nose Cleansing Strip
  • Luke Lemon Tea Tree Nose Cleansing Strip
  • It’s Skin Todak Todak Pack Nutrition (Wash-Off Mask) with Honey and Coconut

All these came in an envelope packaging.

Shipping Info

The best thing about Skin18.com is that they have worldwide shipping. They have free shipping on $40 for Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and the USA and on $60 for the rest of the world.  Throughout their process of dispatch and delivery, they kept me posted about all the steps. It took exactly 12 days for the products to reach me from the date of dispatch which is great. Depending on your location and preferred shipping method, it generally takes from 6- 17 days for the products to reach you. My package which was marked as ‘gift‘ did not cost a penny for customs.

Reviews of the Products I got from Skin18.com

Here are the mini reviews of the products I received from Skin18.com. I have combination skin that becomes very oily during summers. All views are based on my personal experience. So, it may vary from others. Let’s start-

My Haul from Skin18.com & Mini Review| cherryontopblog.com

Beauty Friends II Essence Mask Sheet Pack (Royal Jelly)-This sheet mask is supposed to moisturize your face and it does that perfectly. The description tells you to apply it on a well-cleansed face and leave it there for 20-30. You are not supposed to rinse your face off after removing the mask, allowing the nutrients to soak into your skin. This mask made my skin soft and supple. I applied it in the night and the effect lasted till the next morning. This mask is priced at $0.80.

Four Season Multi Vita Brightening Active Mask- This mask, as the name suggests, contains multi vitamins such as Vitamin B5, Vitamin C and Vitamin E which are known to work wonders for your skin. This mask is supposed to do a lot of things like whitening, regeneration, antibacterial wound treatment, anti-aging, moisturizing, prevention of acne, prevention of allergy and immunity control. I just used this for once and I have only noticed a revitalized skin after using it. It does not do anything to the complexion of your skin. This is priced at $0.95.

Luke Mugwort Nose Cleansing Strip // Luke Lemon Tea Tree Nose Cleansing Strip- I never used a nose strip before I got to try these. You have to apply it on slightly wet nose for them to stick to the nose perfectly. You need to let them sit there until they become dry and then you have to pull them off the nose. I showed a demo of it on my Snapchat if you remember. Both the strips works amazing on blackhead and whiteheads. They remove them perfectly. Yes, it hurts a bit but it is definitely worth the pain. I am looking forward to getting a box full of them! The Lemon tea tree one has a strong tea tree fragrance which some of you may not like. I did not have any problem with that. They are priced at $0.65 each.

My Haul from Skin18.com & Mini Review| cherryontopblog.com

It’s Skin Todak Todak Pack Nutrition (Wash-Off Mask) with Honey and Coconut- If you guys follow me on Snapchat you will know the whole process of me trying this mask for the first time. It is basically a gel based face pack, almost has a jelly-like texture to it and it is transparent. It doesn’t dry off on your face, unlike other wash-off masks. When I tried it for the first time,  I was not satisfied with it. But, after that, I found it to be great for my skin. It moisturized my skin very well, plus, it made my skin tighter. It can be used as a wash-off mask and also as a sleeping mask. It feels a bit warm on the and extremely hydrating. This pack contains coconut and manuka honey. It comes in a 10ml packaging which good for at least two uses. I used it for four times. This one is a bit pricey, $2.85 for a 10ml pack.

Overall, I liked these products from Skin18.com a lot. All these products are tested to treat various skin problems. I myself have seen and experienced good results on my skin. They did not cause any allergies or breakouts. I am looking forward to trying their eye-patches and more sheet masks. I highly recommend the sheet masks* from Skin18.com.

*Sheet masks are ready-made masks made of disposable cotton sheets, drenched in a solution of nutrients that are supposed to work as a facial treatment for various purposes.

I hope you found this review helpful. If you did then please comment below saying what you feel about this post. I value your opinions. If you want me to post a detailed review on any of these then let me know in the comments. I will be happy to do it for you. Until next time, be safe & keep smiling!

Disclaimer- Products sent by the brand in exchange for an honest review.

Hey all, hope you’re doing good. I am slowly recovering from my winter-laziness as spring is round the corner. You must know how much I love spring! Today I am going to be sharing a haul post with you all. Before you get shocked by the expenditure, let me tell you that these aren’t bought at the same time. These are the products I have been accumulating from last November. I was waiting for my U.S. order to reach me, hence the delay. Now, let’s see what I actually have to show you-

Disclaimer! That tiny little yellow clasp clip is not included in the haul. I just forgot to remove it from there before clicking the pictures. So, don’t get confused 😛

Flipkart Haul

1. L’Oreal Paris Elnett Satin Hair Spray: I was in a hunt for this hair spray ever since I saw Dulce Candy using it and praising it in one of her tutorials. I couldn’t help grabbing it myself when I saw it on sale on Flipkart. I got it for 850 bucks and I think it was a pretty good deal considering its availability. I have already started using it but I would like to take some more time to finally talk about it.
2. L’Oreal Paris Studio Line Hot & Smooth Hot Straight Spray: And that was literally mouthful! It’s basically a heat protecting spray and I got this because I had to get a heat protecting spray straight away. End of the Story!

Random Haul

1. Tresemme Hair Spa Rejuvenation Shampoo: I went to the Big Bazar the other week to get some breakfast items and I just managed to get a shampoo along with them. It had to be Tresemme because I am a fan of this brand. Sadly I was in a hurry and thus forgot to pick up the conditioner with it.
2. Matrix Opticare Split-end Serum: I love Matrix serums for some reasons. I used their Biolage serum and loved it. This time I opted for this one. I got it from a local store.
3. Lotus Herbals Ecostay Nourishing Foundation:  I am not a foundation person. I mostly go out with bare face just some compact on or occasionally use a BB cream. Being a lazy person the fear of blending foundations has always stopped me from using them (except Parties and Weddings). This time I had to get one because I had to attend one of my friend’s wedding and I ran out of my foundation. So, that was the only opportunity for me to try my hands on a new foundation. I wanted to get the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation but my shade was out of stock at the store. Then the SA suggested me to try the Lotus Herbals Ecostay one. I was really impressed to see that it blended into my skin effortlessly and gave a very natural finish. I spent almost no time in buying it. Not every purchase brings me the ultimate happiness, but it did.

4. The Body Shop Moringa Body Butter: Recently The Body Shop was offering 50% discount on the body butters. No one could have ignored the offer! Shayoni (Sweet And Bitter Blog) helped me choosing a body butter and I am happy to purchase it as it’s not so thick for my normal skin (I have an oily/combination facial skin and a normal body skin, if you know what I mean!). I am loving this since I started using it. A review will be up very soon.

U.S. Haul

The two persons who are behind this segment are Titi (Tsering Yangzom) of Titi’s Corner and Sanandita di (Sanandita Chakraverty). I was desperately looking for someone who could procure me some products from the U.S. when Sushmita, a very good friend told me about Titi and Sanandita di. Titi helped me in getting the BH Day & Night Palette and Sanandita di helped me in getting the rest of what you can see here. A special thanks to her husband, Abhijit da.

1. BH Day & Night Palette: I wanted to buy either the BH Cosmetics Party Girl After Hours palette or this one but decided to get this finally. It has 60 shades appropriate for both day and night time. It includes both mattes and shimmery shades. I will review and swatch them for you soon.

2. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette: I had received a $15 gift card from Sephora which made it possible for me. Honestly, I won’t have spent that much money on a palette otherwise. Chocolate Bar palette by Too Faced is very popular amongst all the beauty bloggers and vloggers that’s why I was fascinated to buy it. Receiving it, I know why it is so famous. This is my first impulsive purchase and my first frenzied expenditure.
3. NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk: I bought this to prep my eyelids beforehand as light shades of eye-shadows do not pop up on my eyelids as I have heavily pigmented eyelids.

4. NYX Butter Lipstick in Razzle: This is a gorgeous fuchsia shade and you guys should know how much I love fuchsia! These lipsticks are super affordable and superbly pigmented.

5. Real Techniques Miracle Sponge: I call it a ‘Poor people’s Beauty Blender’. Honestly I didn’t have enough money to purchase a Beauty Blender so I opted for this. Many bloggers have raved about it and I wanted to try its efficiency myself.
Samples!!

As I bought the Too Faced palette from Sephora, I was chosen to receive three samples. I decided to opt for the perfumes because I didn’t find any logic in buying skincare samples that could only be used once or twice. Perfumes at least could be used several times. I’ve got the samples of Flora by Gucci, Escada Joyful and Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Pour Homme. I was also gifted another sample for applying a special coupon and it’s the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick. It has four gorgeous lipstick samples. I am dying to try them out.

That’s all folks! Please let me if you liked this post or not and which of the products you liked the most. Hope to see you soon again with a new post. In the mean time, be sure to check out my Facebook Giveaway. It’s ending on 14th February. Till then stay safe and keep smiling!

Hello all! hope you all have enjoyed Diwali a lot. Today I am going to show you what I recently bought. This haul is a fashion haul and comprises of clothes and fashion accessories. I think this is my first ever fashion haul in the blog. Anyways, let’s jump into the post-
There was a sale on Jabong recently. Being a deal-hunter, I grabbed the opportunity to fill up my wardrobe a little bit as I always run out of good clothes right at the crucial moment. I bought two tops from People. Let’s check out-

The first one, as you can see, has a pastel green shade in the front and brown at the back. The top fits me very well. It doesn’t cling to your body at all. It’s very comfy and lets your body breath.  I am really into loose-fits and comfy clothes these days. The front of this top is Viscose Spandex and the backside is Linen. The second top is again a loose-fit, comfy top. I don’t actually remember the material but it is very light-weight and comfortable. Doesn’t irritate the skin and lets it breath. It is loose-fit but ingeniously highlights the curves of your body.

These two tops are again from Jabong. It has been ages since I bought them. I thought of showing them to you now. These are from Harpa and made up of the same material, that is Viscose. Both of them almost looks the same, they have these net detailing at the neck area which give them the oomph and breaks the monotony of the solid colours. I loved both of them so much that I bought them. Call me insane, but that’s me! 😛

These two tops I bought from the OASAP credit that I won long ago in Preethi’s giveaway. The bracelet you’ll see afterwards are from OASAP as well. I found the watermelon-prints very cute so I had to get it. Though it looks very short in length, but at the same time it is decently long. The heart-printed top is cute also, but I found it a little over-sized though I clearly remember I had ordered a size S L

This trouser is from Myntra when there was a festive sale going on. It’s from D-Muse and originally priced at 999/- but I got it in a 30% off discount. Happy J I love the zip detailing at the end. This is the moment when I wish I were a little taller. Sad L

These two are my current favourite possession right now. The bracelet is, as told before, from OASAP and the ear-cuff is by Crunchy Fasion, bought from Fashionara.com. I have bragged about it a couple of times on Facebook and Instagram (follow me if you don’t :P). I am currently into ear-cuffs and planning to buy a number of them J

So, that’s all for my recent fashion purchases. Stay tuned to my Facebook and Instagram to know more about my upcoming hauls. Till then, keep smiling and stay beautiful J

I am here again with yet another haul post. Recently, I bought some products from iHerb.com. I got some elf cosmetics products and a Real Techniques brush.

Also, I received my anniversary gift from boyfriend, which is actually a part of the gifts that he will be showering on me (ignore the exaggeration). It’s a ToniQ pouch/coin purse. He got it from Jabong.

I’ve also bought the much raved about Maybelline Colossal Turquoise Kohl from Nykaa.

So, let’s check out what I got-

I was eagerly wanting to buy some elf products, especially the Eye lid primer. When I got an opportunity to club with some other friends, one of them is a good friend Sushmita, I didn’t let the opportunity go. I bought, obviously the eyelid primer along with two of their matte lipsticks, in the shades Natural and Tea Rose (soon to be reviewed) and also laid my hands on the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.

This is the ToniQ pouch that I received as a gift from boyfriend. I am so in love with the vintage floral prints that it has. This cute little thing has two compartments, that’s another amazing thing. Isn’t it adorable?

Here’s the most talked about turquoise blue kohl by Maybelline. I couldn’t afford to miss it!

I wanted to try a new cleansing wipes as I was quite bored with my previous ones. I got this facial wipes from Kara, which claims to have the benefits of cucumber and aloe vera. Believe me you guys, it works wonder as a makeup remover. I found it very handy when you want to clean your face or remove your makeup on the go or when you don’t feel like removing your makeup applying makeup remover solutions, cleansers and toner. It does a great job of cleaning your face perfectly.

That’s it by now friends. I hope you liked this small haul. It’s sad to say that this is going to be my last haul for next six months. I am on a shopping ban as I’ve a plan to do something really big for me. Wait for the surprise 😀

Hello girls, finally I am back in action (read blogging). If you’re in my Facbook friend list then you might know what I was going through these days. My dog was ill for two weeks and he left us last Saturday. I was very heart-broken. My dog was my only best friend for last 13 years and you can feel how lonely am I feeling now. Nevertheless, let’s jump into the post or else I’ll start crying again.
As you all know I am very new in this world of Beauty Blogging. I just have found my interest in makeup and beauty. I am following a lot of beauty bloggers across the country and have seen them talking about one monthly beauty subscription box and that is the very famous Vellvette Box (now a bag). I wanted to try it as soon as possible because I have seen numerous tempting products coming in this bag. I subscribed for the October’13 Vellvette Bag.  I was not able to share with you my first Vellvette but I will share a picture of what I got in my first Vellvette Bag at the end of the post.
For those who are wandering about what this Vellvette Bag is, it’s an Indian monthly beauty subscription box which claims to ship you luxury beauty, makeup, skincare, bath and body and perfume samples of recognized brands from all over the world. At the time of registration they ask you to fill in a questionnaire about your preferences. But sadly they forget it during shipping. The one month subscription is worth Rs 499. Visit www.vellvette.com to know more about them.

Let’s get into the post now. This is my second Bag from Vellvette and I am really impressed with the products I got in this bag. The pink bag looks super cute with the black polka dots all over it. I think I am going to use it as a makeup pouch while travelling. This bag contains all the essentials for the wedding season. I got an assortment of makeup, bath and skincare products and one bonus item too. Check out what I got-

List of the Products I Got in the Bag-
1. Flormar Deluxe Shine Gloss Lipstick D-35
2. Votre Pore Shrinking Toner
3. I Love… Coconut and Cream Bubble bath and Shower Gel
4. Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream (Bonus Product)
November Vellvette Bag

The Lipstick I got in the box is quite impressive. It has a buttery texture to it and gives a sheer finish. I love the glossiness it gives to my lips. This is a little heavy on my lips, I feel like I’m wearing butter on my lips. It tends to melt a lot so I have to keep it in the fridge all the time. I don’t think I can carry it with me while travelling.
November Vellvette Bag
I gave this product to my mom and she is using it for 2 days. I think it’s a good product as she didn’t complain about it till now. The term ‘Pore Shrinking’ made me very interested in the results. I will be using it on my skin and write a review for you guys soon.
November Vellvette Bag
I am using this shower gel for 2 days and I like it so far. Sometimes I get very disturbed with the strong coconut-y fragrance. I hate, hate, hate the smell. But, unlike other shower gels that I have used earlier, this product doesn’t leave me with a weird soapy feeling even after washing myself.
November Vellvette Bag
I am yet to try this one. However, I don’t like the smell. It smells like the ayurvedic chapped lips and skin healers my grandma used to use. Also, the product is very thick in consistency.

This is a glimpse of what I got in my October Vellvette Bag-

My Note:

Being a new subscriber, honestly I didn’t know what to expect from them. But I was amazed to see the products came in my November Vellvette Bag. It’s pretty satisfactory. Also, they sent me a bonus product as a prize for the renewal of the subscription. So, I am quite happy with them till now. So, this was my experience with November Vellvette Bag. What is yours?

Thank you all for being with me, supporting me and liking my posts. After this long gap I promise to keep on writing. I have a lot of pending posts that will be published soon. Please keep up with me to read what I have to say. Thanks for being patient and not boycotting me 😛

Hello, my wonderful readers. This is me again. I haven’t posted anything since my long MIA. Please excuse me for that. I promise to be regular on the blog henceforth. *Pinky Promise*

Now let’s get into the post. This is my first haul post so far. I have seen a lot of beauty and fashion bloggers doing haul posts and I like reading them very much. So, I always wanted to write a haul post for you. This post contains my recent buys in the month July. Let’s have a look.

Now let me enlist the products here, one by one.

1. Dove Go Fresh Nourishment Body Lotion: I was looking for a moisturizer that can cope up with this tremendous heat and humidity in India right now. My hands easily gets dried, lacks moisture right after bathing. So, I badly need a moisturizing lotion to keep my hand moisturized. And, this body lotion is best when it comes to summer-time moisturizing. (Review Coming Up)
2. Palmolive Thermal Spa Mineral Massage Body Wash: Now, this is my most favourite body washes so far. It has a soothing smell, keeps my skin supple, one or two dollop is enough for washing my body, lathers very generously and budget friendly. I love this product so much. This is actually my second buy. Two thumbs up for this. (Review Coming Up)

3. Polchem Rose Water Skin Toner: First of all, sorry for the blurry picture, it’s due to wrong camera settings. Now, this toner is not so much of my choice. It instantly produces a lot of rashes in my skin. I won’t recommend this for you.

4. Pond’s White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream: I had been reading so much about this product for a long time, so, finally decided to give it a try. An guess what, it’s really far better than my imagination. I was using the Garnier BB Cream for quite a time. I have a combination skin and it used to accentuate my oily areas and  left me with a greasy feeling day long. Pond’s is perfect for those who have oily or combination skin. (Review Coming Up)
5. Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner: Good pigmentation, literally waterproof but I think it’s bit highly priced. (Review Coming Up)

6. Revlon Colorstay Makeup: I love this foundation. Very light, stays for a long long time, non-oily, gives a dewy finish to your makeup. (Review Coming Up)

So, that’s it. How do you like it girls? Please do let me know in the comment section. If you are having problems posting comments, as the Google+ comments only allows users those have a Google+ account, then please message me on Facebook.
Thanks for reading. See you next time. Take Care 🙂
