Hello all, today I am going to share with you my experience with Gia Bath & Body Works soaps. You must be familiar with the brand name for these soaps have created quite a buzz around, if you haven’t heard about this brand then let me tell you. Gia Bath and Body works is a venture pioneered by Mrs. Gayatri Brown. The soaps she makes are handcrafted and natural, or as they say- “Handcrafted with love”. These soaps are luxurious in terms of their designs, ingredients and effect. People are raving about it not only because these are somewhat unconventional and out of the box but also because these are perfectly effective for the skin without any kind of side-effect. I would say these are not just soaps, these are arts.
Price: Rs250/– Rs280/-
It is a few months ago when I received a package from Gayatri, packed with three beautiful soaps. The moment I opened the parcel, a whiff blew my mind and my heart away. The aroma that the box contained was out of this world! The parcel contained three of their soaps- Mocha Crème Body Polishing Bar, Charcoal & Cream and Blossom. The three soaps were full of three different magnificent aromas. I am briefly discussing about these soaps-

1. Mocha Crème Body Polishing Bar: This one smells so delicious that you might end up eating it (Not going to lie, I almost did it). I had no idea a soap could smell so yummy. Its aroma is just similar to that of a chocolate cake’s and to some extent it smells like coffee and dark chocolate. Oh, I am confused! It looks like a piece of chocolate pastry with cream on the top and coco powder sprinkled on it. This particular soap is full of scrubbing granules thus it is efficient for cleansing as well as for exfoliating. This soap had made my bath exotic and heavenly. Ingredients such as Shea butter and Cocoa butter help in keeping the skin soft, supple and moisturized even though you are using a soap. I have normal skin and this soap did not cause any trouble to it. I did not experience any dryness or irritation.
Ingredients of Mocha Crème Soap: Liquid Silk, Cocoa Powder, Dark forest coffee grounds, Fresh Cream, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Virgin Olive Oil, Castor Bean Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Distilled water, Fragrance/Essential Oil Blend.

2. Charcoal & Cream: This is another amazing soap from Gia Bath & Body Works. This one smells divine as well. You can definitely feel how natural it is by smelling it. The smell somehow reminded me of the Naked Potion Lotion by Lisa Haydon that I had finished earlier this year and that’s great because I loved it. One thing that you can’t avoid is its stunning design. This surely shows how dedicated the maker is to her work. This is how a handmade, artisan soap should look like. This soap also did not cause any type of irritation to my skin rather it nourished it from within.
Ingredients of Charcoal & Cream Soap: Liquid silk, Fresh Cream, Activated charcoal, Milk, Cocoa butter, Virgin Olive oil, Castor Bean oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Distilled water, Fragrance/Essential oil blend.

3. Blossom: If you are a floral scent lover, then you must get this soap. It smells so fresh, so floral and absolutely non-chemically. The soap looks really exotic with a few colourful specks on it that resembles scattered flower petals. This particular soap has a lot of ingredients (oils and butters) which restore the lost moisture and eliminate any dryness. Again this does not cause any irritation. At least for me, it didn’t.
Ingredients of Blossom Soap: Shea butter, Olive oil, Goats milk, Cocoa butter, Rice bran oil, Coconut oil, Oats cream, Sodium Hydroxide, Colorant, Aqua, Fragrance/Essential oil blend.
In today’s life, everybody is concerned about their skin, specially women. No one takes any chance when it comes to choosing skincare, makeup or bath and body products. In this situation, if a brand provides you the best products which at the same time are vegan, natural and chemical-free then no one can restrain themselves from trying these beauties. The price might be quite high but if you have used it then you would know that these soaps are worth the price. These are handmade, made with high quality handpicked natural ingredients, they look extremely exotic and they last really long. I don’t mind spending for the products that are full of the above mentioned qualities. The regular soaps comes in a great quantity so I make sure to cut them in halves and then use one half at time. I never was a soap-lover, I used to use shower gels and creams but Gia Bath & Body Works has completely changed my idea of soaps. I have ordered a couple of soaps afterwards and loving them. I will review them as soon as I finish them. I wish to order their cupcake soaps and cake soaps next. They also have a range of body butters, skin polishes and shower gels. If you have not tried them, do it now. You can contact Gayatri through their FacebookPage.
