Nivea Coloron Lip Crayon Hot Pink-
Hot Pink is a bright fuschia pink with cool undertones that suits most Indian skin tones. The colour gives you a subtle hint of pink when applied to the lips so it is not an on-the-face hot pink unlike the name of this shade.
Coral Crush is again a bright shade of coral/orange. I am not very fond of coral lip shades but the subtleness of this shade makes it one of my favourite everyday summer colour!
Nivea Coloron Lip Crayons come in regular plastic lip crayon packaging. It is a fat, twist-up pencil with a transparent lid. Although the tip of the crayon still remains outside even after twisting the crayon down till the end which can damage the tip if you are inattentive while putting the lid on. What I liked about their packaging is that each crayon is colour-coded and also the transparent lids make it easier for you to pick your desired colour in a hurry.
My Experience with Nivea Coloron Lip Crayons-
If you are following me for a long time you’d know that I am obsessed with lip balms. I hate the feeling of chapped lips and I cannot step out of the house without moisturizing my lips. For daily use, I prefer tinted lip balms that protect my lips also give me some sort of colour to the lips. I cannot leave my house in bare lips. Mostly, I am into lipsticks but sometimes you just want to ditch the lipsticks and go for something natural-looking.
When I received the Nivea Coloron Lip Crayons, I was beyond happy because I found what I was looking for quite some time now. These crayons are insanely pigmented and oh-so hydrating. The longevity of these crayons is not very bad considering they are very soft and sheeny. The texture of these crayons is very smooth and creamy so that they don’t accentuate the creases on your lips. The crayons literally glide on your lips. You can lessen the shine by dabbing a tissue onto your lips or by applying some translucent powder on top. I like them as they are. These are also transferable. The colour fades to the edges after a meal, but they provide long-lasting moisture. Even after the colour is gone, your lips are hydrated. You can always reapply these whenever necessary.
Overall, these tinted lip balms are a must-try if you are looking for something like these within budget. I am very happy with the shades and the colour payoff. The moisture they provide is very satisfying.

My Experience with Nykaa Skin Secrets Face Sheet Mask Range-
Now, let me tell you what I honestly feel about this particular range of sheet masks.
Packaging- The packaging is very nicely and meticulously done. An image of the key ingredients of the corresponding masks is printed on the packaging itself. Also, the name of the ingredients and the effects of the mask is also written boldly on the pack. So, the user is completely aware of what they are putting on their face and there is no room for confusions.
Fitting- The fitting of these sheets masks is what makes it my favourite. The holes are made keeping Indian face shapes in mind. A difficulty that I face with most of the Korean sheet masks is that the holes for the eyes are not wide enough to fit me. But Nykaa’s sheet masks have bigger eye holes so that they fit people with bigger eyes.
Consistency of the Serum/Essence- I have never used a sheet mask before that doesn’t come with a thick, hard-to-absorb serum/essence. My experience with Nykaa Sheet Masks was outstanding because the Nykaa face sheet masks are soaked in a serum that is very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. The essence does not make my skin oily, it just adds the right amount of moisture.

If you read My Anxiety Story then you’ll know why I was away from the blog for quite some time. Now that I’ve started enjoyed every bit of my work once again, I am here with a review of the Tjori Night Skin Repair Elixir that I’ve been enjoying using for quite some time now.
Tjori is a brand that has come to prominence in the recent past. I have literally been bombarded with recommendations on Facebook lately and it has successfully intrigued me to some extent. Recently, in my May Fab Bag (watch the unboxing video), I received this tiny bottle of the Tjori Night Skin Repair Elixir that I first mistook it for a sample size product but soon realized it is a full size. Since then, I have been religiously using this product every night and I can see a visible difference that I’ll be sharing with you in this post.

Packaging- The Tjori Night Skin Repair Elixir comes in a small plastic bottle with a plastic screw cap. That’s how I received it from Fab Bag but when I visit the official website, I can see the cap is golden and seems to be metallic which is same in Nykaa and Kraftly. The bottle, being transparent, allows you to keep a check on the usage. The only thing that turns me off is the absence of a dropper or decent dispenser. I have always used night serums/treatments that come with a dropper and that is very convenient. Without a dropper, measuring and dispensing of the product becomes a tough and messy job.
Directions to use- Massage 1-2 drops onto face after cleansing. Can be used alone, or added to your favourite moisturizer or treatment. Use day or night.
Texture- Tjori Night Skin Repair Elixir is basically a light-weight facial oil that absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any sticky residue. Being an oil, it definitely feels a little greasy which doesn’t bother at night. I prefer to skip it when it’s too humid outside. I would suggest oily skin people use it in the night only and dry skin people use it for day or night. It adds a bit shine to your face.
Effects of the Tjori Night Skin Repair Elixir on My Skin-
The reason we choose and concentrate on facial serums is that it penetrates deep into the skin, gets absorbed quicker than any other products and starts working sooner than any other product.

1) Aloe Vera & Lemon Juice Mask
Both aloe vera and lemon juice work wonders when it comes to reducing the effects of tanning on the skin. Aloe is a soothing agent that helps in fighting melanin that darkens the skin cells. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
3-4 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method:
In a bowl combine aloe vera gel along with few drops of lemon juice.
Gently apply the mix all over the face & neck area & let it dry for at least 20-25 minutes.
Wash it off with cold water.
Repeat at least thrice a week for desired results.
2) Lemon & Honey
Wondering how to get brighter skin in summers? Start using lemon and honey. They help rejuvenate the skin, giving it a fresh and blemish-free look. Lemon helps to lighten the skin and honey moisturizes and hydrates it, keeping it soft and moist.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method:
In a bowl, combine the ingredients.
Apply the mask on the face evenly, gently rubbing across the forehead, chin, and cheeks area.
Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and wash off with cold water.
Repeat daily to reduce the effects of tanning over a period of time.
3) Curd & Tomato Juice
Both tomato & curd have amazing de tanning properties. They make the skin glow naturally while shielding the skin from the harmful effects of the sun. These ingredients are also rich in antioxidants that help in treating pigmentation & dark spots, provide even skin tone, exfoliate dead cells and make the skin look brighter.
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 medium-sized tomato
1 tablespoon curd
A pinch of turmeric
Method:
In a bowl, mix the ingredients together and make a smooth paste.
Gently massage the mix on the face and other affected area for 5 minutes.
Leave it to dry for another 15 minutes before washing it off with cold water.
Repeat the process at least thrice a week for radiant & brighter looking skin.
4) Potato, lemon & sugar

Potato is one of the most effective natural ingredients that help in de-tanning of the skin. Mix it with lemon and sugar and an amazing home remedy is ready that will help get rid of dead cells, give your skin an even tone and reveal fresh and smooth skin.
Ingredients:
One medium potato
One tablespoon fresh lemon juice
One teaspoon granulated sugar
Method:
In a blender, put a medium sized potato and make a paste. Then add a tablespoon fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon of granulated sugar to it.
Apply the mask on the face evenly and scrub gently for at least 10 minutes.
Leave it on for another 15-20 minutes before washing off with cold water.
Repeat the process at least twice a week for best results.

Today, I am going to review a facial kit that I have been using since February and I loved it. Today’s product of focus is Cosmicare Gold Facial Kit.

I have used this kit thrice and there is still some product left in each tube. So, the quantity is right for the price you pay. It adds a natural glow to my face without making it oily. Makeup is an integral part of my life. It’s not that I do makeup on a daily basis but most of the time when I am heading out, I like to do some makeup no matter how basic it is. If not a full face makeup, I cannot skip my kajal and lipstick and some compact if necessary. As much as I love doing makeup, I love taking it off at the end of the day. Let me confess something, I am a big makeup remover hoarder. I always have two spare bottles of makeup remover at my home! About the Product-

Packaging- Brillare Micellar Water Mist comes in a transparent plastic spray bottle. The label on the bottle consists of all the information about the product. The bottle comes inside a cardboard packaging that bears every information about the product.
How to Use- Spray 4 to 5 pumps on a fresh cotton pad. Wipe off impurities with cotton pad pressed gently against the skin and with upward/downward cleaning strokes for entire face including eyelid. Rinsing off the face is not required.
My Experience with Brillare Micellar Water Mist
As I mentioned earlier, I am very particular about my makeup removal routine. No matter how tired I am, I never ever go to bed with makeup on. I always go for a makeup remover that is very mild and gentle on the skin and that doesn’t cause tugging and pulling of the skin because that might result in premature ageing and appearing of fine lines.
I have been using this Brillare Micellar Water Mist since December and I just love it. I used to use a bi-phase makeup remover (that contains water and oil) and it worked great for my makeup, especially heavy-duty waterproof eye makeup, but since I got my hands on this Micellar Water Mist, I haven’t looked back. One thing I really appreciate about the packaging is that they have made it a spray bottle, unlike any other brands. The spray nozzle assures you don’t use excess product or waste product.
How I like to use it is, spray twice (for light to medium makeup, thrice for heavy and waterproof makeup) on a cotton pad and press and swipe it along my face. For my eyes and lips, I like to press that cotton pad there for 10-15 seconds and then wipe it out. That process is followed by a gentle face wash. You can also use it when you are not wearing makeup. Let me tell you how. You can make it the first step of your skincare. Just take one spray on a cotton pad and swipe it across your face just to get rid of any traces of dirt and sweat off your face. It has glycerine so it will add some kind of hydration to your face and also take care of your skin.
It is also free from paraben, formaldehyde, artificial fragrance and colour.

Overall, I really liked this product and will certainly repurchase. It could be a perfect substitute for the Bioderma Micellar Water but in a much lesser price tag.

My Experience with Imiana House African Cocoa Butter Soap
My body feels very, very dry during winters so, I need to choose my bath products really wisely. Recently, I got to try the African Cocoa Butter Soap from the brand called Imiana House. I have been loving this soap lately. Here are the reasons for that-
Imiana House African Cocoa Butter Soap is free of chemicals, artificial fragrance and synthetic colours. It is made of 100% natural and pure essential oils which is a big YAY for me! It’s introduced as a luxurious handmade soap in their website and the packaging does justice to it. The black paper packaging with a red seal gives it a very luxurious look with minimalism.
Imiana House African Cocoa Butter Soap is a dark brown coloured product with white marble effects on it. When I first sniffed it, it smelt like spices. I expected the aroma to be of chocolates but it wasn’t. The fragrance is very mild as they do not use any artificial scents. This soap is not something that will fill your bathroom with some exquisite aroma.
The soap lathers up really well. It cleanses your skin deeply yet it doesn’t dry it out. It is suitable for any skin type. The soap lasts for a good amount of time. You can even cut the soap in half, use one half and stock the other. The size of the soap is pretty big.
The only downside, I think, is the price of the product. I understand that they are made of exotic, pure and natural ingredients but it is quite a big amount.
