There was a two-for-two offer going on pre-ordering the sheets, so I got four of them. I am going to review the Gooseberry + Papaya for Nourished + Brightened Skin sheet mask today.

The sheet masks weren’t the interesting part but their desi ingredients were. I love how they have merged India and Korea in such a fancy way. All the ingredients used in these sheet masks are 100% originated from India and made to target specific skin concerns. How to Use-

My Experience with Nykaa Skin Secrets Face Sheet Mask Range-
Now, let me tell you what I honestly feel about this particular range of sheet masks.
Packaging- The packaging is very nicely and meticulously done. An image of the key ingredients of the corresponding masks is printed on the packaging itself. Also, the name of the ingredients and the effects of the mask is also written boldly on the pack. So, the user is completely aware of what they are putting on their face and there is no room for confusions.
Fitting- The fitting of these sheets masks is what makes it my favourite. The holes are made keeping Indian face shapes in mind. A difficulty that I face with most of the Korean sheet masks is that the holes for the eyes are not wide enough to fit me. But Nykaa’s sheet masks have bigger eye holes so that they fit people with bigger eyes.
Consistency of the Serum/Essence- I have never used a sheet mask before that doesn’t come with a thick, hard-to-absorb serum/essence. My experience with Nykaa Sheet Masks was outstanding because the Nykaa face sheet masks are soaked in a serum that is very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. The essence does not make my skin oily, it just adds the right amount of moisture.

Efficacy-
From my childhood, I have been told numerous benefits of natural ingredients by my mother. She is all about DIYs. I remember she used to make a papaya mask for face and an amla concoction for the hair. I have seen papaya doing wonders for my face. It adds a healthy, natural glow to your face instantly.
I think this particular mask is very average when it comes to the results. I have not seen any visible or drastic change in my skin except for it made it really nourished and clean in a way. I have not seen any of my spots getting faded or skin clarity. Maybe with regular use, it can work on that front.

Nykaa Skin Secrets Face Sheet Mask Pearl+Hyaluronic Acid does what it claims. I could feel my skin a bit firmer after the use. It might not make you fairer (because you know that’s not possible!) but definitely would brighten up your face a lot. The serum penetrates into the skin very quickly giving it the proper amount of hydration. This mask is a great option to get an instant pick-me-up before any party or occasion.
Overall, I loved both the masks for the instant glow that they provide. These masks are nothing extraordinary so don’t expect them to completely change your skincare game.
